Freight Policy
 
Shipping Charges and Delivery Information
 
Freight charge for orders is $10.00 per order including GST for delivery Australia wide with no minimum or maximum order amount.
For overseas customers freight is individually calculated for each order. If you would like a quote please request a quote via email and we will provide a quote for freight before charging your card.
JCS Motorcycles uses various freight providers depending on your location but most orders are sent via Australia Post. We send most orders via Registered Post but can send Express post upon request, please contact us if you would like to know shipping times and postage upgrade costs. 
 
We despatch web orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to despatch your order the same day we receive it, or the next business day. Typical shipping times are estimated between 3-7 business days depending on your location in Australia.
While the majority of products ordered are in stock, occasionally we need to order the product in, as we deal with a large amount of suppliers the delivery time to receive products varies on the supplier and availability of the product at the time of order. A time frame will be emailed to the customer and the option to cancel an order is always possible.
If for any reason we are unable to despatch your product we will contact you within 2 business days.
 
Lost Order?
 
If you have placed an order on our website you should have received a Tax Invoice via email to the email address you provided. On the Tax Invoice you will find the shipping consignment number listed on the invoice along with the freight provider’s name. 
 
Please contact the freight providers directly with your consignment number for assistance with tracking your order.

Returns Policy
 
If you need to return goods to us because you've changed your mind or the size isn't quite right, you may decide to return the goods at your own frieght or postage costs both to us and for the postage to re-send it back to you. If we have sent you the incorect goods we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you. If you have any questions regarding these terms please call us on (08) 94721326.
